Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

What You'll Need:

  • 1 bag of Brussels sprouts (probably where the bagged salads are in the grocery store)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or add garlic powder and a little bit of salt)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • In a small bowl, add the olive oil, honey, sriracha, & garlic salt. Mix together.

  • Cut the ends of the Brussels sprouts and then cut in half (allows them to soak in the sauce more).

  • Spray cooking sheet/pan with olive oil or Pam and spread Brussels sprouts across.

  • Place in oven for 30-35 minutes or until crisp/brown.

  • Place in mixing bowl with sauce and toss around till covered completely.
